Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
To ensure efficient service and availability, please place your porta potty rental order at least two days before your event or project begins. While our Richmond providers may accommodate same-day portable toilet rentals if possible, we prefer and appreciate ample lead time.
Call ASAP Site Services directly when you are ready to terminate your rental period. Our local Richmond team will remove your porta potty rentals from your site, and we’ll stop billing accordingly. If you contact the hauler separately, we’ll continue to bill you until we’re notified.
Our Richmond team will service your portable restrooms once a week, though additional servicing can be provided for a cost. Pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies are all part of the servicing process, and we will also dispose of the waste at a local wastewater facility per Richmond regulations.
Portable restroom rentals can always be placed on private property. However, to place your units on City of Richmond property, a permit may be required.
Before ordering your portable toilets, make sure your site is fit for safe and accessible placement. Placement areas should have level ground, offer sufficient lighting, and provide easy access for servicing. Our Richmond team will place your porta potty rentals per your instructions, unless relocating is necessary for proper placement.
If one of your porta potties gets knocked over, please contact ASAP immediately. We will dispatch a driver to assess your site and make the proper adjustments. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site. If you are ordering porta potty rentals for a public event, damage waivers are available.
