Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
For availability and delivery optimization purposes, please place rental orders at least 2 days before your project or event begins. Our local San Antonio providers may be able to accommodate same-day porta potty rental orders if necessary, but lead time is strongly preferred.
Once you’re ready to end your portable toilet rental period, call ASAP Site Services directly so we can pick up your rentals and stop billing accordingly. Contacting the hauler separately may cause a delay in our receipt of notification, which would also delay our termination of your billing cycle.
As part of your rental agreement, our San Antonio providers will service your porta potty rentals once each week. If you’d like, you may order additional servicing for a cost. Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies. We’ll transport the waste and dispose of it at a local wastewater facility per San Antonio regulations.
There are no restrictions for placing portable toilet rentals on private property but placing toilets on city or county grounds may require a permit. Conversely, San Antonio regulations may require you to provide proof of portable toilet solutions before granting a permit for an event or commercial project.
Prior to ordering your porta potty rental, you will need to make sure your site is suitable for safe and accessible placement. Placement areas must have level ground and sufficient lighting and provide easy access for servicing.
Accidents happen, so if one of your porta potties tips over, contact ASAP as soon as possible. We will dispatch a driver to your site to evaluate the situation and decide what the best course of action will be. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site. Damage waivers are available if you’re ordering for public events.
