You should cover any surface that will contact your dumpster, like your yard or driveway, with a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood to protect it from damages. Do not place your dumpster rental on top of any fixtures, like sprinklers, that could break under its weight. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damage incurred to your property or nearby surfaces.

If you plan to place your rental in the street or another public area, you should contact the City of Columbia before ordering your roll-off dumpsters to see if you’ll need a permit. If you plan to place it in a private driveway or yard, a permit won’t be necessary.

To ensure successful hauling, we ask that your dumpster rental is easily accessible and that the top is level when the driver arrives (debris should not extend beyond the height of the dumpster). If the provider is unable to reach or remove your dumpster from your site, we’ll add a dry run fee to your bill. We’ll also charge extra if your tonnage goes over the weight specified in your order.
