Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals in South Bend

Depending on where you plan to place your dumpster, you may need a permit from the local government. Contact the City of South Bend before renting your roll-off dumpsters to see if you’ll need documented permission to put a dumpster on the street, the sidewalk, or another public place.

ASAP Site Services is not responsible for damage done to any property, private or public, so we suggest covering any surface that will contact your dumpster with a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood for protection. Be careful not to place your dumpster on top of any sprinkler systems or other fixtures that may break under its weight.

If your dumpster isn’t easily accessible when a driver arrives for hauling, or if the top of the dumpster isn’t level (meaning the contents don’t go beyond the rim), the driver will leave without taking your debris and you’ll be charged a dry run fee. We will also apply additional charges if you require extra hauling or your tonnage goes over the weight included with your rental.
