Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals in Troy

Permission isn’t necessary to place a dumpster in a private yard or driveway, but if you plan to put one in the street or another public area, we advise contacting the local Troy government before ordering a dumpster rental service to see if you’ll need a permit.

To avoid potential damage to your property, we suggest covering any surface that will contact your dumpster with a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood. Be careful not to place your dumpster rental on top of any sprinkler systems that may break under its weight. The dumpster must be accessible and the top must be level (contents don’t extend beyond the rim) when our providers come for hauling. If your dumpster isn’t ready when a driver reaches your site, you’ll be charged a dry run fee. Additional charges will also be applied if you require extra hauling or your tonnage goes over the weight included with your rental.
