Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
Orders should ideally be placed at least two days before your project or event begins to make sure all items are available and that our delivery and setup logistics are optimal. Our team of providers in Boston can sometimes accommodate same-day portable bathroom rentals, but this isn’t guaranteed. Lead time is strongly preferred here.
When you’re ready for your porta potties to be picked up, call ASAP Site Services directly so we can retrieve your rental units and stop billing accordingly. If you reach out to the hauler separately, we’ll assume you’re extending your rental period and continue to bill you.
Your portable toilet rentals will be serviced once a week by our Boston providers. If needed, you may order additional servicing for a cost. Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies. All waste is then transported and disposed of at a local wastewater facility under Boston government regulations.
Placing portable bathroom rentals on private property has few restrictions, but placing toilets on city or county grounds may require a permit. Conversely, the City of Boston may require you to provide proof of a sanitation solution plan before granting a permit for an event or commercial project.
When ordering your porta potty rentals, please make sure your site is prepared for safe and accessible placement. Placement areas must be on level ground, have sufficient lighting, and provide easy access for servicing.
Contact ASAP as soon as possible if a portable toilet falls over. We will send a driver to your site to evaluate the situation and decide what to do next. Please note that ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your portable toilet rental units or your site. If your rentals are for a public event, damage waivers are available.
