Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period

Once you’ve selected your items, please place your order at least 2 days before your project or event begins. This gives us plenty of time to make sure your rentals are in stock and arrange a timely delivery. We can sometimes accommodate same-day rental orders, but scheduling in advance is the safer choice.

Call ASAP Site Services directly when you’re no longer in need of your rentals. We’ll dispatch a driver to your site to remove your units, and we will stop billing accordingly. If you call the number on your units or another hauler without letting us know, we will continue to bill you for each day until we’re notified.

Sanitation Services

Our Minneapolis providers will service your porta potty rentals once a week by default. You may order additional servicing for a cost. Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, restocking supplies, and transporting waste to a local wastewater facility where it will be disposed of according to Minneapolis guidelines.
