Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
To make sure your event or job site is properly set up in time, we ask that you place your order at least two days before you need your rentals. Same-day orders can sometimes be fulfilled by our Napa porta potty providers, but they’re not guaranteed.
When you’ve finished using your rentals, please call ASAP Site Services directly. If you contact the hauler instead of us, we’ll assume you’re continuing your rental period and continue to charge you for each day until we’re notified.
Our Napa providers will service your porta potty rentals once a week unless you request additional servicing. Each service includes pumping out the tanks, restocking supplies, and cleaning/sanitizing the units. All waste will be transported to the local wastewater facility and disposed of per Napa regulations.
You may require a permit if you’d like to place your portable toilets on city or county property, like streets or parks, but if your event or job site is on private property, a permit won’t be required. The Napa government may require you to have a sanitation plan in place before granting a permit to hold a public event or begin a commercial project.
Make sure there’s a safe and accessible area to place your porta potties at your location. You’ll need a spot with level ground, sufficient lighting, and easy access for our team to service the units.
If any issues with a unit come up during your rental period, please contact us immediately. We’ll dispatch a driver to the area to help out as soon as possible. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site.
