Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
We ask for a two-day notice before you plan to begin your rental period, which allows us to make sure deliveries are on time and the specific items you requested are available. In some cases, we’re able to offer same-day orders, although lead time is strongly recommended.
When your event or project comes to an end, please call ASAP Site Services (not the number printed on your rentals). Our Sacramento providers will retrieve your porta potty rentals. Calling us directly ensures that we stop billing on time–if you contact a hauler without notifying us, we’ll assume you’re extending your portable toilet rental period and continue to bill you.
For each portable restroom you rent, our Sacramento team will service the unit once a week. Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, sanitizing and cleaning each unit, and restocking any necessary supplies. As mentioned earlier, you can receive additional servicing for a small fee.
Your rentals can be placed on private property without any issue. If you’re looking to use city or county property, like parks or the street, the Sacramento government will require a permit.
Safety should always be a top priority, so make sure the site of your event or project is suitable for safe and accessible placement, ideally before you place your order. Make sure your location has easy access for servicing, proper lighting, and level ground.
If a porta potty falls over, call ASAP immediately. Although we are not responsible for the damages, our team will be there right away to help assess the situation. If you’re renting for a public event, be sure to ask about our damage waivers.
