Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
We ask that you please order your rentals at least two days before your project or event begins so we can ensure availability. If you’re really pressed for time, our Seattle providers may accommodate same-day porta potty rentals, but lead time is strongly preferred.
Call ASAP Site Services directly to terminate your rental period. We’ll have your rentals removed from your site and stop billing you accordingly. Please note that we’ll continue to bill you if you contact the hauler separately.
Our Seattle providers will service your porta potty rentals once each week. Each service includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, restocking supplies, and transporting waste to a local wastewater facility where it will be disposed of per Seattle regulations. You can always order additional servicing for a cost.
While you can always place portable toilet rentals on private property, you may need a permit to place them on Seattle or King County property (the street, public parks, etc.). Conversely, you may need a sanitation plan in place before the Seattle government will grant you a permit for holding a public event or beginning a commercial project.
The area where you place your portable restrooms should be on level ground, have sufficient lighting, and provide easy access for servicing. If one of your portable toilets falls over, contact ASAP immediately. We’ll dispatch a driver to your site to evaluate the situation and make any necessary adjustments. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site.
