Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
To optimize delivery and ensure availability, please order your rentals at least two days before your event or project is set to start. Our Toronto providers may accommodate same-day porta potty rental orders if possible, but lead time is strongly preferred.
When you are ready to terminate your rental period, call ASAP Site Services directly. We’ll remove your rentals from your site and stop billing accordingly. If you contact another hauler separately, we won’t know your rentals have been picked up, and we’ll continue to charge you.
Our Toronto providers will service your porta potty rentals at least once each week (you may order more than one weekly visit for an extra cost). Servicing includes restocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and pumping out the tanks. We will transport the waste to a local wastewater facility and dispose of it per Toronto regulations.
You may need to obtain a permit to place toilets on city property (such as public parks, the street, etc.). However, you should always be able to place them on private property without a permit. Get in touch with the City of Toronto before ordering your portable toilet rentals to see if you’ll need permission for your ideal placement site.+
It is your responsibility to ensure that your site is suitable for safe placement and usage before you order portable toilet rentals. Placement areas must have sufficient lighting, be on level ground, and provide easy access for both guests and our service team.
Accidents do happen, so if one of your toilets falls over, contact ASAP immediately. A driver will be dispatched to your site to evaluate the situation and make adjustments. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site.
