Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period

We ask that you place your rental order at least two days before you’ll need portable toilets delivered to your Winnipeg location. This allows us to optimize delivery and make sure the rentals you requested are available. Our providers can sometimes fulfill same-day orders, but it’s not guaranteed.

When you’re ready for your rental period to come to a close, call ASAP Site Services directly. Our providers will remove your rentals from your site, and we’ll start finalizing your bill. If you contact the hauler directly instead of going through us, we won’t know your rentals have been picked up and will continue to charge you.

Sanitation Services

Our Winder team will service your porta potty rentals once each week (you may order additional servicing for a cost). Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, restocking toilet paper and supplies, and relocating units within your site as necessary. We’ll transport the waste to a local wastewater facility and dispose of it per city regulations.
