Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period

We ask that you place your rental order at least two days before you’ll need portable toilets delivered to your Winnipeg location. This allows us to optimize delivery and make sure the rentals you requested are available. Our providers can sometimes fulfill same-day orders, but it’s not guaranteed.

When you’re ready for your rental period to come to a close, call ASAP Site Services directly. Our providers will remove your rentals from your site, and we’ll start finalizing your bill. If you contact the hauler directly instead of going through us, we won’t know your rentals have been picked up and will continue to charge you.

Sanitation Services

For each portable restroom you rent, our Winnipeg team will service the unit once a week. Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, sanitizing and cleaning each unit, and relocating units within your site—we’ll also restock all of the toilet paper, soap, and sanitizer. You may order up to seven days of servicing a week for an extra fee per day.
