Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals in Denver

You don’t need permission to place a dumpster in a private yard or driveway, but you may need one to place it on city or county property (like the street or sidewalk outside your home). Contact the City of Denver before ordering a dumpster rental service to see if a permit is required for your preferred placement area.

We suggest covering any surface that will contact your dumpster with a protective 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood. Be careful not to place your dumpster on top of sprinklers or other fixtures that may break. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for damage incurred to your dumpster rentals, your own property, or public property.

When the provider comes for hauling, your dumpster must be accessible and the top must be level—debris cannot extend beyond the dumpster’s height. If your dumpster isn’t ready when a driver arrives, you’ll be charged a dry run fee and will need to schedule another appointment. We will also apply overage charges if your tonnage goes over the weight included with your rental.
