Roll-off dumpsters, open-top dumpsters that fit roll-off trucks for simple loading and unloading, are useful for a home remodel as well as all kinds of commercial requiring waste removal. They're typically used for disposal of large quantities of construction debris or landscaping material, but they're also great for general home cleanup, such as a garage cleanout. If you need for disposal of clean dirt, clean concrete, or similar recyclable materials that can't go in a standard unit, we also rent roll-off clean dirt and concrete dumpsters.
Considerations and Precautions
While permits may be required to place your dumpster in a public place, like a street or some parking lots, you can place your dumpster on private property without needing permission from the city. Look up Houston's requirements before renting a roll-off dumpster.
Make sure to place your dumpster in a safe and easily accessible part of your site. We recommend using a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood as a protective base to prevent damaging any surface that will make contact with the dumpster. Roll-off dumpsters weigh enough to cause damage to your yard, sprinkler systems, or pavement if you aren't careful. ASAP Site Services is not liable for damage to surfaces on your property.
If your dumpster rental isn't prepared when the local Houston provider comes for hauling or removal, you will be charged a dry run fee. The load inside your dumpster may not extend beyond its height, so make sure the top is level. If your load weighs more than the tonnage included in your quote, overage fees will be added to your bill.
Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
Please place your roll-off dumpster order at least one day before you need it. We aren't able to guarantee specific delivery times throughout the day, so if you hope to begin your project early in the morning, we suggest scheduling delivery for the day before.
When it's time to terminate your rental period, call ASAP Site Services directly. Since we handle the billing, we'll end your billing cycle and coordinate the removal of your dumpster. Separate haulers will not be able to stop billing if you contact them instead of us.
