Considerations and Precautions
We recommend that you cover any surface that will contact your dumpster with a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood to prevent damages. Do not place your dumpster rental on top of any sprinkler systems that could break underneath its weight. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages to your property or your rental units.
If you plan to place your roll-off dumpster in a private driveway or your yard, you don't need a permit. However, if you want to place one in the street, you will need to contact the City of San Diego before ordering a dumpster rental service to see if a permit is necessary.
For successful hauling, please ensure that the dumpster is accessible and that the top of the dumpster is level. Debris should not extend beyond the height of the dumpster. If your dumpster tonnage is over the weight included in your order, you will incur additional charges. If you are not ready when a driver comes to remove the dumpster, you will be charged a dry run fee.
Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
Your roll-off dumpster rental order must be placed at least one day before your desired delivery date. You'll see a calendar with available delivery dates when you order online. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed, so if you need your dumpster rental earlier in the morning, you should arrange delivery the day before your project is set to begin. Your San Diego provider will deliver your dumpster rentals and place them according to your instructions. If no one will be on site at the time of delivery, please leave detailed placement instructions.
To terminate your rental period, please call ASAP Site Services directly. We will pickup the dumpsters from your site and stop your billing accordingly. If you contact a junk removal hauler to pickup your rentals without letting us know, we will assume your rental period is ongoing and continue to charge for each day.
