Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
To ensure availability and optimize delivery, please order your rentals at least two days before your ideal delivery date. Our Burlington providers can fulfill same-day porta potty rental orders if possible, but lead time makes the process much smoother for everyone.
When you are ready to terminate your rental period, call ASAP Site Services immediately. We’ll remove your rentals from your site and start finalizing your bill. If you call the number printed on your rentals or another hauler, we won’t know your units have been removed, and you’ll continue to be billed.
Our Burlington providers will service your porta potty rentals once per week, and you may order additional servicing for a cost. Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies. We’ll transport waste to a local wastewater facility and dispose of it per Burlington guidelines.
You can place your portable toilet rentals on private property without permission, but a permit may be required to place toilets on city or county property, like park grounds or the street outside your building.
Make sure your site is suitable for safe and accessible portable toilet placement before you order any sanitation rentals. All units must be placed on level ground in a well-lit area, with a clear path for both guests and service teams.
If one of your portable toilets happens to fall over, contact ASAP immediately. A driver will be dispatched to your site to evaluate the situation and make adjustments. ASAP Site Services will not claim responsibility for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site.
