Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period

To make sure your desired rentals are available when needed, please order your rentals at least 2 days before your project or event begins. Our Fresno providers may be able to accommodate same-day portable toilet rental orders if necessary, but lead time is strongly preferred.

Call ASAP Site Services directly when you are ready to terminate your rental period. We’ll remove your rentals from your site and stop billing accordingly. If you contact the hauler separately, you will be billed until we’re notified.

Sanitation Services

Our Fresno providers will service your porta potty rental once each week, but you can order additional servicing for a cost. Service includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies. We’ll then take the waste to a nearby wastewater facility and dispose of it per Fresno government regulations.
