Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
Please order your porta potty rentals at least two days in advance of your preferred delivery date. Our providers can sometimes accommodate same-day rental orders if necessary, but lead time is strongly preferred.
When you’re ready to end your rental period, call ASAP Site Services directly. We’ll remove the portable toilets from your site and start finalizing your bill. If you call the number on the rental units or contact another hauler separately, we’ll continue to bill you until we’re notified.
Our Mountain View team will service your porta potty rentals once each week (you may order additional servicing for a cost). Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, restocking toilet paper and supplies, and relocating units within your site as necessary. We’ll transport the waste to a local wastewater facility and dispose of it per city regulations.
You can always place portable toilet rentals on private property, but you may need a permit to place them on city or county property (like the street or a public park). Check with your local government to see if you’ll need a permit for your ideal placement site.
Make sure your site is suitable for safe and accessible placement before you order portable toilet rentals. Placement areas must have level ground, sufficient lighting, and easy access for guests and for servicing.
If one of your portable toilets falls over or has another issue, contact ASAP immediately. We’ll send a driver to your site to evaluate the situation and make adjustments. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages to your rental units or your site.
