Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
Place your order at least two days before your project or event begins so we have plenty of time to ensure availability and coordinate delivery. Our Pittsburgh providers may be able to accommodate same-day rentals, but more lead time is helpful.
When you’re ready to end your rental period, call ASAP Site Services directly. The local provider will then remove your rentals from your site, and we will stop billing accordingly. If you contact the hauler separately without contacting us, you will continue to be billed until we’re notified.
Your Pittsburgh providers will service your porta potty rentals once a week. They’ll pump out the tanks, clean and sanitize each unit, restock toilet paper and supplies, and transport waste to a local wastewater facility where it will be disposed of per Pittsburgh regulations. You can always order additional servicing for a cost.
You will likely need a permit to place your portable restrooms on city or county property (the street, public parks, etc.), but you can always place rentals on private property. If you plan to hold a public event or begin a commercial project, you may need to arrange sanitation solutions to receive permission from the City of Pittsburgh.
Make sure your placement area provides easy access for servicing and has level ground and sufficient lighting. Contact the local provider if one of your units tips over. They’ll dispatch a driver to your site to evaluate the situation and make any necessary adjustments. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site.
