Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
Please place your porta potty rental orders at least two days in advance of your project or event so as to give our Portland providers enough lead time. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate same-day service if necessary.
Please call ASAP Site Services directly to end your rental period. We will remove all portable toilet rentals and sanitation stations from your Portland-based rental site and cease billing accordingly. We will continue to bill you if you contact the hauler separately and do not notify ASAP Site Services.
Our Portland providers will service your porta potty rentals once each week, and you may request additional servicing for a cost. Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies. We’ll transport waste to a local wastewater facility and dispose of it per Portland, Maine, regulations.
Portable toilet rentals do not require permits when placed on private property, but you may need a permit when placing porta potties and sanitation services on city or county property, including public parks and streets. In order to obtain a permit for commercial projects or public events, the Portland city government may require you to provide proof of your sanitation solutions ahead of time.
We recommend scouting a site that is safe and accessible for the placement of your portable toilet rentals prior to renting. Make sure your site has level ground, efficient lighting, and easy access for your local provider during servicing.
ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units on site. If a porta potty falls over, contact ASAP immediately. We will dispatch a driver to evaluate the situation and make adjustments.
