Roll-off dumpsters are extremely heavy and can damage surfaces unless you take precautions. We suggest placing 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood over any surface that will contact your dumpster for protection, and be careful not to rest it on top of any plumbing fixtures or other objects. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any property damage related to the placement of your roll-off dumpster rental.

Your dumpster must be easily accessible for our local providers, and the top must be level when they arrive for pickup (debris cannot extend the dumpster’s height). You will incur a dry run fee if your dumpster is not ready at the scheduled pickup time.

You do not need to acquire a permit in Daytona Beach for your roll-off dumpster if you plan to place it on a private driveway or yard. If you plan to leave it on the street or another public area, you will need to contact the City of Daytona Beach regarding any permit requirements.
