Roll-off dumpsters, open-top dumpsters that fit roll-off trucks for simple loading and unloading, are useful for a home remodel as well as all kinds of commercial requiring waste removal. They're typically used for disposal of large quantities of construction debris or landscaping material, but they're also great for general home cleanup, such as a garage cleanout. Considerations and Precautions
A permit from the City of Honolulu may be required to place a roll-off dumpster on public grounds, like the street or sidewalk, but permission isn't necessary to place one in a private yard or driveway. Contact the City of Honolulu before ordering your roll-dumpster rental to see if a permit is required.
To protect your yard, driveway or any other surfaces, we suggest covering contact areas with a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for damage incurred to your rental units or your property.
When a driver arrives for hauling, your dumpster must be accessible and the top must be level (debris can't extend beyond the rim), or else they won't haul your waste and you'll be charged a dry run fee. We'll also add to your bill if your weight exceeds your quoted tonnage or if you require extra hauling.
Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
Dumpster rental orders should be placed at least one day in advance of your preferred delivery date. We recommend scheduling your delivery for the day before your project is supposed to begin, since specific drop-off times throughout the day can't be guaranteed.
