Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals in Palm Bay

There are few regulations when placing a dumpster on your private yard or driveway, but placing one in the streets or on other public grounds may require a permit. Contact the City of Palm Bay before ordering your roll-off dumpster to see if you’ll need permission for your ideal placement site.

We suggest covering any surface that will contact your dumpster with a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood to keep the area protected. Make sure not to place your dumpster on top of any sprinklers or other fixtures, or the weight may crack them. When you’re ready for your dumpster to be picked up, it must be easily accessible and the top must be level—debris cannot extend beyond the height of the dumpster. You will be charged a dry run fee if your dumpster isn’t ready when a driver comes for hauling and/or pickup. If you require extra hauling or your tonnage goes over the weight included with your rental, additional charges will also apply.
