Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
In order to ensure availability and optimize delivery, please place your rental order at least 2 days before your project or event begins. Our local Indianapolis providers may accommodate same-day porta potty rental orders if necessary, but lead time is strongly recommended.
When it’s time to end your rental period, call ASAP Site Services directly. We’ll remove the porta potties from your site and start finalizing your bill. If you contact the hauler separately, you’ll continue to be billed until we’re notified.
Our Indianapolis providers will service your portable restrooms once each week (you may order additional servicing for a cost). Servicing includes pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies. The waste will then be transported to a local wastewater facility and disposed of according to Indianapolis regulations.
Placing portable toilet rentals on private property is no problem, but you may require a permit to place toilets on City of Indianapolis or Marion County property. Conversely, the Indianapolis government may not grant you a permit to hold a public event or begin a commercial project until you have a sanitation plan in place.
Please make sure your site is suitable for safe and accessible placement before you order portable toilet rentals. Placement areas must be on level ground, have sufficient lighting, and provide easy access for servicing.
If one of your portable toilets falls over, contact ASAP Site Services immediately. We will dispatch a driver to your site to evaluate the situation and make adjustments. Please note that ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site.
