Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals in Ann Arbor

If you plan to place your dumpster in your private yard or driveway, you will not need any sort of permission. However, if you plan to place it in the street or on the sidewalk, you may need to get a permit. Contact the City of Ann Arbor before ordering a dumpster rental service to see if a permit is required.

We suggest that you cover any surface that will come into contact with your dumpster with a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood, and be mindful not to place your unit on top of any sprinkler system that could break underneath its weight. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any sort of damage incurred to your driveway, yard, or nearby surfaces.

When it’s time for hauling, the dumpster must be accessible and the top must be level (contents must all be below the rim). If your dumpster rental is not ready when a driver comes for hauling and/or removal, you will be charged a dry run fee. Additional charges may apply if you require extra hauling or your tonnage exceeds the weight included with your rental order.
