Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals in Dallas

Placing your dumpster on private property, such as a yard or driveway, does not require authorization from the city. If your project requires that you place your dumpster rental on the street or another public location, however, you may need permission. To see if a permit is required for placement on your preferred site, contact the City of Dallas before ordering roll-off dumpster rentals.

Be mindful when selecting a spot to place your dumpster. We recommend covering any surface your dumpster will come into contact with using a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood to protect it from damages. It’s also important not to place your dumpster on top of any sprinkler systems or other objects that could potentially break under its weight. ASAP Site Services will not be held responsible for any damages that are incurred to your driveway, yard, or any nearby surfaces.

In order for the provider to successfully haul a dumpster load, the unit must be accessible and the top must be level. Any debris extending beyond the height of the dumpster will delay or prevent removal. If your dumpster isn’t ready when a driver comes for hauling or removal, you will be charged a dry run fee. We will also charge additional fees in the event that extra hauling is required or your tonnage exceeds the weight included in your rental.
