Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
To optimize delivery and ensure that all of your requested portable toilet rentals are available in Fort Worth when you need them, we encourage you to place your order at least two days before your project or event begins. While our providers may be able to accommodate same-day porta potty rental orders throughout Fort Worth, ample lead time is preferred.
Once you’re ready to terminate your porta potty rental period, call ASAP Site Services directly. Our team will safely remove your rentals from your site, and we’ll stop billing accordingly. Do not contact the hauler separately or we will continue to bill you until we’re notified.
Our Fort Worth team will service your portable restrooms once a week, though additional servicing can be provided for a cost. Pumping out the tanks, cleaning and sanitizing each unit, and restocking supplies are all part of each servicing process. We will also dispose of the waste at a local wastewater facility per Fort Worth regulations.
Though portable toilets can always be placed on private property, a permit may be required to place them on city or county property (such as the street outside your home or a public park). Conversely, the Fort Worth government may require you to have a sanitation plan in place before granting a permit to hold a public event or begin a commercial project.
All units must be placed in safe, accessible areas on your site. If your preferred placement site isn’t accessible, well-lit, or level, your provider may place your rentals in a better location.
If one of your porta potty rentals falls over, contact ASAP immediately. A driver will be sent to your site to evaluate the situation and make the necessary adjustments. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages incurred to your rental units or your site.
