Beginning and Ending Your Rental Period
To guarantee that we can meet your needs, we suggest ordering your porta potty rentals at least two days before your event or project begins. Our Mobile vendors are sometimes able to accommodate same-day orders, but giving us a few days’ notice is highly recommended.
When you no longer need your portable toilets, it’s important that you call ASAP Site Services directly. We’ll end your billing cycle and pick up your rentals from your site. If you only notify our local vendors, we won’t know to stop your billing.
One weekly service, administered by our Mobile providers, is included in the price of your rentals. If you’d like additional service, we’re able to provide it for a cost. Sanitation servicing includes emptying the tanks, cleaning each facility, and restocking the supplies. We will then transport and dispose of the waste according to Mobile’s local guidelines.
There are no restrictions for placing portable toilet rentals on private property in Mobile, but the city or county may require a permit to place toilets on the street, in public parks, and on other public properties. Additionally, the Mobile government may require you to show proof of a waste management plan before granting a permit to hold an event or begin a commercial project.
When deciding where to place your portable toilet rental facilities, consider the safety of the area in which you plan to place them. You’ll need a flat surface, well-lit surroundings, and a clear path for accessing your toilet for servicing.
If those coastal breezes turn into gusts and a porta potty falls over, contact ASAP immediately. We’ll send a driver to your site to take care of the situation. ASAP Site Services is not responsible for any damages that occur to your rental while they’re at your location.
